Guinness cap cake

This cake was for a lady who is a fan of Guinness ( obviously! ). Her husband wanted something special for her birthday, and we came up with the idea of doing a cake that looked like a bottle cap. The year was changed to match her birth year, and i replaced "draught" with her name. The actual cake is a chocolate Guinness cake, so it is Guinness through and through! This cake could be done is many sizes, to serve a variety of guest numbers.

Pretty Pink Birthday Cake!!

Well, today was a bittersweet day, because my daughter turned one!! We had a great time and i made this cake to bring to the restaurant we were celebrating at. Needless to say, the birthday

girl was very happy!!

50th birthday cake!

This cake is a mix of chocolate and vanilla, and it is covered in fondant and fondant flowers. This was one of those stressful cakes that really test your patience, but it turned out well!!

Pricing

Pricing for tiered cakes runs from $1.25-1.75 per serving but generally, it falls into $1.50 per serving .

Sheet cakes:
(this includes simple decoration)

9x13" : $30

11x15" : $45

12x 18" : $55

Cupcakes:

*Cupcakes are between $1.00-1.25 per cupcake depending on decorations.
*mini cupcakes are $40/100

single cakes ( eg, the bottom tier for an artificial cake) are priced per cake, depending on size.

Single round cakes ( not stacked) covered in fondant with simple decorations:

6" double layer round $15.00
8" double layer round $25.00
9" double layer round $40.00
10"double layer round $45.00
12" double layer round$55.00
14" double layer round$70.00

*square cakes can sometimes be a bit more, because they take more batter and make more servings.

Because each cake is custom made and decorated, prices will vary. We can work together on a cake suited to your budget and style.
~ Rush cakes are available for a small fee.
~ Wedding cakes can be rented ( and customized with ribbon of your choice) and a sheet cake served to save on costs.

PLEASE NOTE:
I do not use a mix of any kind, unless requested to do so. It is not recommended to use a box mix when having a tiered cake, because it is very soft and unstable.

I use real butter, except in cases of allergies or sensitive recipes. Shortening may be recommended for weddings taking place in high heat.

The cake was AMAZING! He didn't want to
eat it even! I could not get over what
an amazing job you did, and can't thank
you enough. I wanted to tell you thank
you in person when I saw you come into
the hotel but I had to keep Darcy from
seeing you!We haven't had a chance to
get organized yet to send you any
pictures but as soon as we do I will
send some your way! Everyone absolutely
loved it and you really made the
graduation even more special. And, on a
side note, Darcy and I are engaged now!
He proposed to me in his Surge on Monday
night! I guess food really is the way to
a man's heart! Ha Ha!

Dear Kelly,
Jarrod was ecstatic along with all his little friends! He was so excited at the thought of his very own cake, that won’t hurt his tummy! The picture doesn’t do the decorating justice. The black jube jubes for coal, Oreo wheels, animals and decorative icing sugar made this cake amazing. Oh, it tasted great too!
